Asheville Takes Manhattan, aims to create an affable cocktail culture within our city for locals and visitors alike.  Upon getting your first Manhattan from one of the participating bars, you will receive a “subway” map, which also serves as your voting card.  Once you get your vote stamped, you rate the qualities of the drink.

After getting 3 stamps (or more) you qualify to cast your vote and send your favorite to the Final Mix Off (December 4 - Salvage Station).  In the Final Mix Off bartenders will compete “Iron Chef” style making a variety of cocktails, only being disclosed the day of the event.

The Final Mix Off will be a ticketed event ($10) at the Salvage Station, and ticket holders will receive a sample of each of the competing cocktails.
